How to use?

Prepare the herbal tea by adding one teaspoon to a cup of hot water using a tea strainer. Make sure the water is not over 80°C. You can do this by boiling the water in a kettle and waiting one to two minutes before pouring the water over the herbs. 

Drink 2 cups a day for max 20 days, then pause for a week to benefit from its effects. Reflect on your health and see what has happened. Our Health Program supports you in these 20 days! Have a look.
